Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Structural design of precast/prestressed concrete products and connections for large commercial buildings such as stadiums/arenas, parking garages, dormitories, apartments
- Checking of drawings, coordination with clients, architects, other engineers, general contractors
- Working as part of a project team to provide deliverables and meet deadlines while providing quality control/ quality assurance to ensure these deliverables are on-time and of a high quality
- Maintaining internal team needs as well as external client relationships.
- Oversee construction administration activities on projects
- Monitor, manage and achieve all assigned project deadlines
- Ensure that clients are completely satisfied with all aspects of engineering services
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, with Structural coursework from ABET accredited university
- PE certification
- Minimum 10 years of experience in design of precast concrete structures
- Personal drive, be highly motivated
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering successful project outcomes
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential for the success of this position
- Competency in AutoCAD, Revit
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
