We are looking for a I2I Patient Supply FP&A Lead who is analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented to join us in our Finance team, based in Braine,Belgium.

 

About the role

You will serve as a strategic link between global and local finance teams, ensuring alignment in communication, processes, and financial governance. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support leadership decisions.

 

Who you’ll work with

You will collaborate closely with the Global Finance Team and local FP&A teams across Patient Supply. You’ll also engage with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership to consolidate financial insights and drive performance.

 

What you’ll do

  • Ensure accuracy of Master data
  • Coordinate and consolidate global budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial exercises
  • Align local submissions with global financial targets and timelines
  • Analyze variances and challenge teams to explain key drivers
  • Prepare executive-level financial decks and performance summaries
  • Act as liaison between global and local finance teams

 

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, Qlik Sense
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
