You’ll be working with apartment complexes, HOAs, property managers, developers, and building owners—helping them protect and improve their assets through professional roofing and exterior services. What You'll Do:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities with multi-family properties, HOA communities, GC's and commercial properties
  • Conduct inspections of roofs and building exteriors for damage, deterioration, or improvement potential
  • Build relationships with property managers, owners, and real estate decision-makers
  • Present solutions tailored to each property's needs and secure project contracts
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and code compliance
  • Document property conditions and provide inspection reports
  • Proactively generate leads via B2B canvassing, networking, referrals, and local partnerships
  • Track and analyze your pipeline to optimize sales strategies
  • Maintain detailed records of activity, leads, and contracts

What You Need:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A passion for sales and helping others succeed
  • Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
  • Basic understanding of roofing/exteriors or willingness to learn
