The Digital Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company’s and properties’ digital marketing strategy. This includes website software, web content management, reputation management, social media, search engine marketing programs (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), digital marketing campaigns and agency/vendor relationships. The Digital Media Manager develops and executes online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive business goals by managing the company’s and properties’ digital presence across various platforms including, but not limited to, websites, social media, reputation, and advertising channels.
Responsibilities:- Oversees the maintenance and ongoing improvements for website performance, ILS ads, PPC, SEO & GEO.
- Manage SEO/SEM/GEO activities and provides recommendations based on report results.
- Administer keyword research, and utilizes Yahoo, Google, Bing Search Engine Marketing, Google Ad Words, and other tools.
- Manages Digital Marketing Campaign strategy. Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic advertising campaigns across various platforms, including paid search and social media.
- Create, organize, and publish engaging content for websites, social media, and other digital channels
- Directs and maintains on-going improvements and maintenance of the corporate and property websites.
- Manage the set up and the ongoing performance of Google Analytics and Ad Words, as well as other PPC accounts.
- Create and execute advanced social media strategy and campaigns fostering audience engagement, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and new/emerging platforms.
- Curate community marketing materials, blog posts, and social media content.
- Ensure that all online branding and lead generation activities support the strategic business and revenue goals of the company.
- Analyze performance of SEO and GEO efforts and implement strategies to increase search engine rankings.
- Tag and title content to leverage organic search traffic and rankings.
- Provides expertise into the corporate website structure and content, landing pages and other web-based assets.
- Manage communication to internal teams about the performance of digital campaign efforts/results.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and execute advanced reputation management strategy and campaigns. Monitor online review sites and ensure timely and appropriate responses.
- Manage website interfaces and integrations for optimal performance including website bot and AI Technology.
- Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a cohesive digital presence.
- Supervise Digital Media Specialist(s).
- A combination of education, training and experience equal to a Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years’ professional experience in digital marketing or similar role is preferred.
- Working knowledge of website design production, techniques, tools, and principles. Experience curating website content. Experience with website management in Rent Café preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with SEO/SEM/GEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and social media lead generation.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Experience with web analytics software (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Working knowledge of general internet technologies such as HTML, JavaScript and URL structures.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, metrics development, reporting/web development, and Adobe products.
- Ability to research and adapt to the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing and analyzing projects.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines.
- Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
