About this Position

Henkel is looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to lead communications across Cluster Norden (UK, Ireland, and the Nordics). This role is focused on managing and steering local Corporate Communications projects, and processes, while building and protecting Henkel’s reputation. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be the key driver of communications strategy in the cluster, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities, and acting as spokesperson for Henkel in the region. 

What you´ll do

  • Develop and implement the local communications strategy in line with Henkel’s global framework and business priorities.
  • Manage internal and external communications programs and advise executive leadership.
  • Ensure local perspectives are represented in regional and global projects.
  • Lead media relations and build strong relationships with journalists and stakeholders.
  • Manage crisis communications and issues management activities.
  • Drive transformation of digital channels and content to strengthen Henkel’s brand.
  • Plan and oversee corporate events, messaging, and content creation.
  • Steer the communications budget for the cluster and manage the local team.

  • Strong experience in reputation management, media relations, and internal communications.
  • Comfortable advising senior leaders and acting as spokesperson.
  • Excellent presentation, coaching, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in digital communications and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing budgets and leading teams.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple countries within the cluster.
  • Skilled in crisis communications and aligning local needs with global strategies.
