The Ecommerce team is looking for an eCommerce Product Onboarding Coordinator for a 3 month contract to ensure Holt Renfrew’s digital product catalogue is presented to our customers with accuracy, consistency, and the luxury experience expected from our brand. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Ecommerce Operations, the Coordinator will support product onboarding workflows, ensuring all information and assets are collected, uploaded, and maintained in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
Specific Responsibilities include the following:
- Gather and validate all required product information, images, and online guidelines from vendors; follow up on missing or incorrect data to ensure completeness
- Coordinate the collection and upload of digital assets, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with Holt Renfrew standards
- Maintain product catalogue accuracy across all digital channels, ensuring congruency with in-store assortments
- Update and manage both manual and automated product information within SAP/Hybris and other related databases
- Track onboarding progress in alignment with the Ecommerce Operations onboarding tracker, ensuring all live products are properly reflected
- Support cross-functional partners including Copy, Translation, Merchandising, and Photo Studio by providing timely, accurate product data
- Monitor SLA adherence for onboarding workflows, escalating risks or delays as required
- Assist with special projects, product removals, and other operational initiatives as required
The ideal candidate:
Education & Experience
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Ecommerce, Merchandising, or Digital Operations preferred
- Experience working with SAP/Hybris platforms is an asset
- Knowledge of luxury fashion categories an asset

- Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- Passionate about fashion, luxury retail, and the customer experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics
- Demonstrates adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
