You have
- Startup DNA: You're adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and have proven experience architecting and scaling systems to support rapid growth at senior levels.
- Strong technical foundation: 5+ years of commercial software development experience with deep expertise in at least two of the following: Elixir, Next.js/React, or Cloud Infrastructure (GCP strongly preferred).
- Technical leadership: Experience mentoring junior developers, leading technical decisions, and driving architectural discussions in a collaborative environment.
- Industry experience: Background in FinTech or marketing is preferred, with demonstrated ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Innovation mindset: You're passionate about exploring cutting-edge technologies, establishing engineering best practices, and solving complex technical challenges at scale.
- Cloud expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure, DevOps practices, and modern deployment strategies. Experience with AWS or Azure is also valuable.
- Code quality advocate: Strong commitment to clean code, testing practices, code reviews, and maintaining high engineering standards across the team.

- Work collaboratively inside one of our squads with product manager, designer, and other developers to build products people rave about.
- Challenge the status quo and ship innovative features.
- Solve real problems that are both technical and commercial.
- Review other team members' code, making sure it’s best practice.
- Spike on technical solutions, ensuring we’re solving our clients’ problems in the most effective way.
- Hybrid working arrangement, 3 days in the office.
