Roles & Responsibilities
Support in strategizing and executing brand communication plans, including brand development, health tracking, campaign execution, brand asset management, and go-to-market strategies.
Act as a brand custodian to ensure consistent tone of voice across all campaigns, channels, and touchpoints.
Assist in designing brand campaign strategies with clear milestones and timelines aligned to brand KPIs.
Conduct consumer research to understand user behavior, identify barriers and triggers for adoption, and share actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, UX, creative, legal, etc.) to improve consumer experience and support product adoption.
Coordinate with external agencies, including briefing, execution, and performance evaluation.
Qualifications & Skills
2–3 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
Exposure to B2C branding, product launches, and campaign management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving ability; comfortable working with data to derive insights.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a related field preferred.
Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to work independently as well as in a team.
