What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years behind the sushi bar in a high-volume setting.
- 3+ years leading a team—you know how to inspire, train, and elevate others.
- Mastery of Japanese cuisine, fish-cutting techniques, and thoughtful accommodations.
- A natural communicator with sharp organizational skills.
- Creative, dependable, and hungry (literally and figuratively) for excellence.
- Someone who thrives in the fast lane but never loses focus on the details.
