As a Technical Compliance Administrator, you will have responsibility for supporting the Technical Department in the achievement and retention of BRC certification, other 3rd party audits and Internal audits, as well as all process/CI opportunities.

£26,000 per annum
Working Hours
7:00 - 15:30 - 37.5 hours per week
Main duties and responsibilities include:
Ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures are followed.
Support a food safety quality culture through engagement and continuous improvement to maintain and improve the safety, authenticity, legality, and quality of products manufactured on site.
Maintenance and completion of process administration including BOMs, data flow, specifications, new item creation, raw material systems.
Administration on the quality management system. Data management for products, allergens, authenticity.
Completion of data on audit systems.
Administration and presentation of Technical KPIs required by the business.
Review of compliance standards (audit, customers) to complete gap analysis, working to identify areas of improvement.
Administer the sites internal audit system.
Support and administration of the non-conformance system.
Completion of audits – including GMP audits.
Customer complaint trending and mapping.
What we need from you:
Essential:
Basic understanding of Quality & Food Safety in a food manufacturing environment.
Basic understanding of GMP
Good understanding of excel and of IT and office systems
Self-motivated
Desirable:
Food Hygiene Level 3
HACCP level 3
