We are looking for a Log1c Sales Support person to join our team at NCS/SSI. In the role of Log1c Sales Support, you will be responsible for guiding and/or implementing all duties related to Log1c ICS software which may include: installation of collision center inventories to include cabinets, barcoding, computer, scanner; NCS employee and/or collision center training of Log1c software; provide remote field support to troubleshoot software or hardware issues via phone or computer; assist in developing training materials and SOP's related to Log1c software.
Log1c Sales Support Duties:
- Provide field support to customers that have questions and/or issues using Log1c.
- Provide field support to NCS employees that have questions and/or issues using Log1c.
- Give brief presentations in person or remotely explaining all aspects of Log1c software and how they improve customer profitability.
- Oversee collision center inventory installation of Log1c ICS.
- Provide training of Log1c software to NCS employees and/or collision center employees.
- Assist in development of Log1c training materials.
- Willingness to travel CA, WA, OR, UT, ID, NM, CO, MT, AZ.
- Other duties as assigned.
Log1c Sales Support Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Collision Center experience preferred
- CCC One management system knowledge preferred.
- At least 3 years' experience in automotive coatings distribution or sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of inventory software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to provide support and travel as needed in Mountain and Pacific time zone
