We are looking for folks to add to our team that provides great customer service, like to work with their hands, and don’t mind being outdoors! If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you! This role is charged with supporting parking operations and creating a world-class customer experience for our guests. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible opportunity.

Here’s what you’ll do:
- Be a key member of a team that delivers a world-class impression for guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist our guests by being pleasant and helpful – “Smile, Help, Engage” is our goal with every guest.
- Manage and resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Make changes and issue receipts and tickets to our guests.
- Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of your assigned facilities.
Schedule:
Full-time, 32+ hours per week, with a wide variety of possible shift options available over any/all days of the week.
