About the Role
Providing support to daily warehouse operations and system processes through the maintenance of inventory, monitoring of inbound and outbound shipments, cycle count planning and implementation, and the general upkeep of the warehouse space and location and office.
Lead Warehouse Operations consist of the daily monitoring of inbound and outbound shipments and inventory, verifying the quantities and updating in the WMS system, ensuring the accurate pulling of products, conducting inspections before loading and shipments, and the overall management of warehouse space and location for product organization. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, serving as a back-up in the absence of Operations Supervisor and/or when Supervisor may need assistance depending on volume in the office, maintaining the warehouse organized and operational supplies stocked, ensuring that all equipment/tools are in proper working condition, reporting incidents, and coordinating logistics to facilitate proper warehouse workflow.
Shift hours: Friday through Sunday from 6:00am to 6:30pm. Shift schedule may be subject to change based on business needs.

- Shipping of all orders in a timely manner.
- Keeping orders in compliance with SOP requirement.
- Receiving Containers, In/Out Raw material, Inbounds and transfers, breaking bundles, consolidating rainbow frames, container yard.
- Conducting secondary checks and inspections of orders before loading and shipping out.
- Managing inventory.
- Managing the Warehouse floor space and upkeeping cleanliness.
- Tracking of WMS information and physical inventory.
- Reporting issues or incidents to Operations Supervisor.
- Monitoring inventory of operational supplies.
- Maintaining warehouse and warehouse equipment/tools.
- Proper running of operational tools and equipment.
- Being the Operations Supervisor Back-up when Supervisor is absent. (Includes all office and warehouse operation job responsibilities.)
- Assisting Operation Supervisor with office task when needed.
About You
- High School diploma/G.E.D. level education or undergraduate education.
- One (1) to two (2) years of warehouse related experience.
- Strong safety minded skills (ability to interpret and process safety procedures and manuals).
- Ability to withstand a variety of standing, lifting of up to fifty (50) pounds, and pulling inventory.
- Strong organizational, initiative, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in operating pallet jacks.
- Experienced in forklift operation (previous certification preferred).
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Forklift operator with hands-on experience.
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
