The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are currently seeking a Procure to Pay Analyst to join our dynamic team as a member of our growing procurement division in Seattle. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Review and validate purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor open POs and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely receipt and invoicing.
  • Reconcile invoices against POs and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Accounts Payable and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and documentation.
  • Support internal teams with procurement-related inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Identify and escalate recurring issues or process inefficiencies.
  • Generate reports and metrics related to P2P performance and compliance.
  • Support Vendor onboarding, assisting with new vendor set-up.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management (or related field), or equivalent industry experience required.
  • Experience in a construction environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $41.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
