As our People Partner, you’ll directly connect to that mission by ensuring the employees who design, build, and support our products are engaged, supported, and empowered to perform at their best.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical and operational roles—partnering with hiring managers to refine job requirements, improve hiring processes, and deliver strong candidate experiences.
  • Partner with managers on performance development, career progression, and employee lifecycle events such as promotions, transfers, and offboarding—helping design fair, consistent, and growth-oriented practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR programs, including FAA drug and alcohol testing requirements, while streamlining processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives by building programs, recognition efforts, and communications that strengthen our culture and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of HR programs, ensuring they scale with company growth and reinforce Avidyne’s values of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related discipline.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR required.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in generalist or HR business partner roles.
  • Demonstrated success managing full cycle recruiting and delivering strong candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
  • Advanced proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems; skilled at using data and metrics to drive decisions and improve processes.
  • Comfortable adopting new technologies and leveraging digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance employee and candidate experiences.
  • Empathetic, approachable, and trusted by employees at al levels; able to balance compassion with objectivity in decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes.

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting technical, engineering, or manufacturing employee populations.
  • Familiarity with employer-sponsored immigration processes or FAA-regulated compliance programs.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing HR technology (HRIS, ATS, or automation tools) to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Track record of designing or refining HR programs (e.g., onboarding, engagement, performance development) in a growth or change-oriented environment.
  • Interest in aviation or a pilot’s license.
