Summary:
The Compensation Coordinator will provide administrative support in the implementation and administration of a full range of compensation and headcount initiatives. This position will assist in the management of various compensation activities such administration of stock program, year-end compensation planning process, job architecture, Workday prototype testing, and other ad-hoc compensation and headcount projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of the stock program
- Support the team in quality control of deliverables
- Develop templates for Workday compensation and advanced compensation modules and participate in testing
- Compile job architecture reports
- Maintain access lists for Smartsheets

The base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 – $72,000.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
