We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Boston Metro areas. This position offers flexible scheduling, meaningful work, and the chance to support both clients and caregivers in the field.

  

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home client      assessments
  • Develop and manage personalized      care plans
  • Supervise and support home health      aides in the field
  • Assist with caregiver      introductions and transitions
  • Provide medication management and      oversight
  • Collaborate with our care      management team as needed

   Work Schedule:

  • 7:30AM - 4:00PM or 8AM – 4:30PM, Flexible schedules to fit your needs!
  • Travel in the Boston Metro areas required

Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Valid RN or LPN license      (Massachusetts)
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing      experience
  • Home care experience is a plus
  • Strong clinical and computer      skills
  • Excellent communication and      organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and      able to work independently
  • Medicare-certified agency      experience not required

$38.00 - $50.00
