Your top priority as a Financial Analyst is to combine strong analytical capabilities with business acumen to serve as a finance business partner across the organization. This role plays a critical part in driving financial performance by delivering variance analysis, streamlining reporting processes, and translating data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Your positive, professional, roll-up-your-sleeves-to-help attitude contributes to our winning culture and makes sure we leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights that inform business decisions.
2. Analyze financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
3. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
4. Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including variance explanations.
5. Collaborate on initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and automate manual processes.
6. Monitor and communicate financial risks and opportunities to leadership.
7. Contribute to ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

What you will bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis or related role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business drivers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems or BI tools a plus.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
