SCHEDULE: 40 hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., or comparable. Some flexibility required.
Pays $ 71,676.80 annually DOE
This position carries a retention payment of $3,000.00, $1,000.00 payable at 12 months, and $2,000.00 at 24 months
LOCATION: Office location 155 Geneva Ave. Travel is required for this position.
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
The Housing Clinician will be available to tenants and staff (especially case managers) of the Permanent Supportive Housing department of Pine Street Inn (PSI). The Clinician will provide support, clinical services and consultation, appropriate resources addressing the complexities of care for tenants with histories of trauma, mental illness and/or addictive disorders, utilizing Harm Reduction as a model of engagement, intervention and evaluation. The Housing Clinician works closely with the Housing Support Services teams and other providers for the purpose of tenancy preservation and increased independence. The Housing Clinician will maintain close communication with Housing Clinical Services (HCS), collaborate with, and coordinate with the team regarding high-risk individuals and programs that are high risk/acute/high need.
