General Responsibilities:
The primary function of this position is to monitor the performance of the Inside Sales staff and to coordinate the inside sales staff activities with outside sales, scheduling, purchasing and operations.

- Supervise Inside Sales staff to meet duties outlined in their job description and audit their work throughout the day
- Monitor and distribute workloads evenly
- Work with Inside Sales and Materials Manager Purchasing on our customers' requirements (tons, specs, inventory and pricing)
- Manage specific customer accounts through phone and in-person contacts
- Review and approve customer claims and work with the quality team on corrective and preventative actions
- Monitor credits to insure they are accurate and resolved in a timely manner
- Control day-to-day pricing decisions in the absence of the V.P. Sales
- Conduct meetings as needed (inside sales, steering, and score)
- Develop sales projections for General Managers.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required to perform the duties of an Inside Sales Manager effectively.
- Any other duties assigned by Management
- Provide coaching and training
