Salary:  Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location. 

Sunflower Bank, NA is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Mortgage Post Closer at our Plano, TX location.

The Mortgage Post Closer position is responsible to organize and check in loan closing files. This position also handles post-closing tasks to insure the files move onto the next step in the Mortgage loan process.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review each closing package to verify documents are present and accurate.
• Check in packages.
• Organize closing documents for each closing file.
• Scan and upload documents to the company mortgage loan system.
• Use a variety of computer programs and applications for document production, organization, research, communications and other assorted tasks.
• Work with other employees to make sure all documents have been provided from title.
• Meet rules, obligations, timelines, and deadlines to comply with company policy.
• Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures established by the company.
• Responsible for upholding Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines.
• Understand and participate in the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of Mortgage experience, preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
