Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm welcome to customers, assisting them in finding the perfect gifts and introducing them to exclusive Cheeca products.
• Offer expert advice on products, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our Cheeca-exclusive items.
• Process sales transactions with precision using our POS system.
• Maintain the gift shop’s visual appeal and organization, ensuring that Cheeca-exclusive products are prominently displayed.
• Craft attractive displays to showcase new arrivals, seasonal selections, promotions, and exclusive products.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience.
• Manage inventory.

Qualifications:

• Retail or customer service experience, preferably in a boutique or gift shop setting.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively multitask.
