    • What you’ll do:
  • Oversee and support field foremen across multiple construction sites
  • Lead safety initiatives and site meetings
  • Review blueprints, manage materials, and coordinate vendors
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards


    • What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Structural Steel Superintendent
  • Strong knowledge of steel erection and commercial construction
  • Ability to read blueprints & direct on-site crews
  • A hands-on leader with excellent communication skills


    • Schedule: Day shifts, with flexibility for 10–12 hour days and some Saturdays depending on project needs.
