• $12.00 to $15.00 Per Hr. (Experience-based) + Commission!
• Flexible Hours Available, (Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, and Weekends)
• 40-hour work schedule
• Bi-lingual Is a Plus

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to provide information about our products and services. 
• Schedule appointments for our sales and service teams while ensuring customers receive the highest level of service. 
• Following up with leads to nurture relationships and drive sales. 
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience appreciated but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers and company vehicles.
• Performance Toyota Fairfield is a drug-free workplace.
