Reports to: Senior Producer, Digital
Location: NYC- This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in office, flexible to be remote in NYC area.
Salary/Contract: 3 month Contract, $25/hr.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We’re seeking a Graduate Associate – Content Production to support the creation of tutorial-style content for a major telecommunications client. This entry-level freelance role involves updating existing instructional content, editing screenshots, and coordinating production tasks in collaboration with a senior producer and other team members.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital content production within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in updating and formatting user-facing instructional content for devices and services (e.g., phones, tablets, Wi-Fi devices).
- Edit and assemble still images (screenshots) using templates and visual standards (e.g., device shells, notification bars, arrows).
- Assemble and organize updated content and visuals for internal review checkpoints.
- Assist with 6 – 8 project per month, with direct responsibility for 1-2 and broader support across the team based on production timelines.
- Coordinate tasks and timelines using Workfront and other project management tools.
- Manage digital assets using internal systems (e.g., naming conventions, archiving, uploading/downloading).
- Maintain production databases and assist with vendor/talent documentation as needed.
- Exhibit exceptional judgment and confidentiality when handling pre-release devices and sensitive information, in line with NDA requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- 0–2 years of experience in digital content production, communications, or a related field.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured content and visual guidelines.
- Familiarity with HTML and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Comfortable working with a variety of devices and operating systems.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and eager to learn.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working with consumer tech or telecommunications content.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive content practices.
- Prior experience in a digital agency or production environment.
