Qualifications:
-New Jersey School Administrator Certificate required
-Central office, school administration and teaching experience required
-Demonstrated success with curriculum, personnel management, school finance, strategic planning
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Master's Degree at minimum

-Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

-Ensure compliance with state and federal education regulations and Board of Education policies.
-Build strong relationships with parents, staff, community stakeholders, and local government partners.
-Communicate effectively with the Board of Education, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
