Technical lead with Teamcenter Functional, Teamcenter Support, TC Admin Modules

Job Summary
The Technical Lead is responsible for managing and leading the Teamcenter Functional, Teamcenter Support, and TC Admin Modules team. The role involves overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and support of Teamcenter solutions within the organization to optimize business processes effectively. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the teamcenter functional, teamcenter support, and tc admin modules team to ensure timely delivery of projects and support services.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using teamcenter.
3. Implement and configure teamcenter solutions based on the organization's needs and requirements.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to the team members in troubleshooting and resolving teamcenter related issues.
5. Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal functioning of teamcenter solutions.
6. Keep abreast of the latest teamcenter updates and trends to recommend and implement best practices within the organization.

Skill Requirements
1. Strong expertise in teamcenter functional, including knowledge of workflows, data modeling, and change management processes.
2. Proficient in teamcenter support, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data management and application functionality.
3. Handson experience in tc admin modules, including user administration, server configuration, and customizing tc solutions.
4. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges in teamcenter solutions.
6. Ability to mentor and train team members on teamcenter best practices and functionality.

Certifications: Teamcenter Certified Professional certification is preferred.
