Student Success Advocate - 7.5 hrs. per day! presso SILVER FALLS SD 4J

Silver Falls School District is seeking a Student Success Advocate for the 2025-26 school year for Mark Twain Elementary!

This position monitors student attendance and behavior issues, works with internal and outside agencies, families, staff and administration in identifying and helping at-risk students succeed in high school. 

The best candidate for this role will have the ability to work harmoniously with others and to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.  

This position is 7.5 hours per day and does require flexibility in working with different students throughout the day.

Pay ranges from $25.10 to $32.43 per hour (Column O of the Classified Wage Schedule for 2025-26)!
