Supervisor, Performance Analytics presso Duval County Public Schools

Job Summary

Gathers and rigorously analyze data (student achievement, human resources, financial, etc.) from each functional area within the District to develop integrated performance reports.

Essential Functions

1. Enhances and regularly reports on student and school profiles.

2.  Maintains district data for continual use and review.

3. Develops and maintains data dashboards and provides regular reports to explain performance.

4. Analyzes student achievement data and prepares regular briefs that communicate findings and trends.

5. Works with program managers in Curriculum and Instruction, Technology, Human Resources, Finance, and Support Operations to develop and track performance measures.

6. Prepares visual representations of the data to share with stakeholders.

7. Attends conferences, workshops, and meetings to provide information and represent the Office of Accountability and Assessment.

8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years experience gathering and analyzing data and preparing presentations for a diverse audience.  Experience using FOCUS, SAP, SPSS preferred.  School-based and district-level experience is a plus.
