About the Role

In this internship, you'll dive into strategic initiatives that drive innovation and collaboration in the reinsurance industry. You'll gain hands-on experience with data handling, reporting, and strategic concept development while exploring cutting-edge topics like Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic thinking - Contribute to concept development for partnership & advisors initiatives
  • Trend analysis - Explore emerging topics including Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation
  • Reporting and visualization - Create compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Scenario development - Support the creation of strategic showcases and presentations
  • Data management - Handle, clean, merge, and structure data using SharePoint Lists

About You

You're a curious, self-motivated individual who combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving. You enjoy structured work but can also take initiative and manage your time effectively. You're excited about emerging technologies and eager to contribute to real-world projects in a supportive team environment.

 

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, economics, data science, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation creation
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong self-organization skills
  • Analytical mindset combined with conceptual thinking capabilities

 

These are additional nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with SharePoint Lists and structured data management
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Bi, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Additional language skills beyond English
  • Interest in or knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and digital innovation
