Position Overview:

As a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise IT software applications — with a strong emphasis on Salesforce technologies. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You’ll also mentor team members, drive best practices, and influence technology strategy across projects.

 

Responsibilities:

Planning & Strategy

  • Lead and participate in project planning and estimation activities.
  • Contribute to the development of technical strategies and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders on technology roadmaps.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for adoption.

System Design & Integration

  • Lead the design and delivery of IT software application projects from concept to deployment.
  • Refine project requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of modules/components, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
  • Optimize and enhance existing IT software systems.

System Operations

  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical application issues and performance problems.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and provide deep support for escalated incidents.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement bug fixes and enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Component Framework, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration.
  • Proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD practices (Jenkins, GitLab, Git/GitHub, Artifactory).
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and governor limit optimization.
  • Performance tuning for large datasets and development of mobile-friendly/responsive applications.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Mobile SDK and automated/regression testing.
  • Experience with TDD and SDLC best practices.

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field OR 3+ years of IT enterprise software development experience in lieu of a degree.
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT enterprise software development (Salesforce preferred).
