Practice Lead – AI & Cloud Data presso InfoCentric

About the role:

We are looking for an Practice Lead– AI & Cloud Data to join our team. In this role, you will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of AI and data-driven solutions for some of Australia’s leading organisations. You’ll lead the delivery of enterprise AI initiatives such as regulatory chatbots, compliance platforms, and advanced voice analytics solutions. Working closely with clients and stakeholders, you will shape strategies, deliver outcomes, and build trusted relationships while leading and mentoring high-performing teams.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• 10+ years of experience in Data, AI, and Analytics with proven success delivering enterprise solutions.

• Strong expertise in AI/ML platforms, Generative AI, NLP, and voice analytics.

• Proven experience in cloud and data architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, and SQL.

• A strong track record of managing and coaching technical teams.

• Ability to build and manage senior client relationships, driving measurable business outcomes.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver large, complex projects across multiple stakeholders.

You will be at an advantage if you also have:

• Experience delivering remediation programs or risk management solutions.

• Exposure to large-scale financial services, insurance, or utilities projects.

• Strong business development skills with a history of building multi-million-dollar client pipelines.

• Experience leading architecture and migration of proprietary platforms to cloud.
