Full-Time | $17.00–$22.50 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (occasional on-call weekends)

Skaalen Retirement Services in Stoughton, WI is seeking a full-time Outdoor Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team! This is a hands-on role where you’ll help care for and improve the exterior of our campus while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

What We’re Looking For

• Age 21+

• At least 1 year of commercial maintenance experience

• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license

• Ability to lift/move up to 80 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.

• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

• Must pass drug screen and background check

Primary Duties

• Maintain and repair parking lots, walkways, and driveways

• Assist with snow and ice removal

• Care for lawns, trees, and shrubs

• Exterior painting as needed

• Repair and maintain hoyer lifts, automobiles, yard equipment, and filters

• Assist with carpentry and masonry projects
