Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Our Lady of Lourdes Women & Children's Hospital in Lafayette, LA. This is a great opportunity to join a tenured, well-supported group that emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and professional fulfillment.

Call Team Position Highlights:

• Total compensation of 335K+ 1099 
• Optional extra shifts available at nearby EAM facilities for additional income
• Diverse case mix: Pediatrics, OB, ENT, General Surgery, Radiology, GI/Urology, and Orthopedics — no Cardiac, Neuro, or Transplant
• Reasonable call schedule: 1:7 rotation with guaranteed post-call day off. Call is beeper from home! 
• Daily staffing: 6 CRNAs and 1 MD 
• Collaborative and Non - Restrictive Practice:  CRNAs perform Epidurals, Spinals, and ultrasound guided blocks.

Qualifications:

• Board certified
• New grads welcome! We provide mentorship and onboarding support.
• Enthusiasm for full-scope practice encouraged
