Senior FMS Financial Analyst presso ICI Services

We have immediate openings for Senior FMS Financial Systems Analyst to join our newly awarded Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems Business and Financial Management Support (PEO IWS BFM) contract supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).  We are looking for individuals who want to grow with the Company and this 5-year contract.  This position is located in Washington, DC.

Security Clearance:

· Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the preparation of annual budgets. For both foreign military sales cases and FMS administration funds.

· Examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives.

· Enter financial data into government approved systems for obligation and procurement such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning, Management Information System for International Logistics, or Standard Procurement System.

· Conduct analysis, report financial risk, and advise the government of strategies to mitigate the impact of financial risk.  

· Assist with the development and issuance of formal financial policies and directives as required.

· Provide support to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Country Teams to improve current ad hoc or documented business rules.

· Assist in analysis of monthly burn rate analysis, trend analysis, multi-year historical performance.

· Monitor FMS case funding and reconciliation.

Experiences:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Navy Financial Systems including but not limited to: Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP).

· 8+ years of providing financial management support to a Navy Foreign Military Sales Program is required.  

Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or another related field.
