We are looking for an Associate HR Service Delivery Analyst - Operations to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska.

As the Associate HR Service Delivery Analyst - Operations, reporting to the Manager HR Service Delivery Operations and PMO, you will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and usability of HR data and systems. You will support compliance efforts and system functionality across HR platforms. You will manage employee records and perform audits to support strategic decision-making. You will also provide support for HR systems, collaborate with vendors and our teams, and contribute to system development and testing.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality by managing employee records, performing audits, and generating reports to support compliance and strategic decisions.

  • Support HR systems and integrations by maintaining data integrity, assisting with system functionality, and participating in testing and development activities.

  • Provide analytical and reporting support including KPIs, metrics, scorecards, and Service level agreement tracking for HR Service Delivery and other departments.

  • Help with issue resolution by identifying root causes of data quality problems and recommending solutions to prevent recurrence.

  • Collaborate with vendors and our teams to ensure effective HRMS operations, including ticket analysis, call grading, and system support.

  • Maintain documentation and follow Service level agreements for reporting, configuration, security, and customer service processes.

What you'll bring:

  • GED, High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1+ year related experience required.

  • Experience working with WorkDay, UKG, or other workforce management systems required.

  • Experience with AI tools or techniques, such as machine learning or natural language processing, applied to business or HR solutions.

  • Experience supporting HR system development, providing functional expertise and participating in testing activities.

  • Critical thinking skills and ability to take complex information and break down into process.

  • Experience working with confidential documents and systems in a support or coordination capacity, ensuring accuracy and discretion in all data-related tasks required.

  • Customer service commitment.

You will be onsite 3 days a week and 2 days remote.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
