Job Description:
The Associate is the key support person across the Traffic team. This position is accountable for supporting execution of traffic in cooperation with assigned traffic manager, client solutions team, investment team, and client and/or creative agency. This role can be remote. You will report to someone more senior on the team.
Traffic Management:
• Present solutions on assigned account(s) relating to traffic, including collaboration or communication issues between stakeholders
• Review incoming creative direction against system data and vendor orders prior to distribution by traffic manager
• Opportunity to export system data into weekly talent reports
• Review weekly talent reports for accuracy
• Ability to enforce dentsu Traffic best practices procedures based on client needs
• Maintain accurate Step by Step guidelines and processes for assigned account(s)
• Train Traffic team members on any specific intricacies of assigned workload to facilitate time offline
Client & Internal Relationships:
• Maintain and manage internal relationships
• Express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
• Write in a clear, professional and succinct manner
• Organize ideas and information logically, sequentially and completely
Qualifications
• Associate degree or similar experience
• Outlook experience
Additional Information:
The annual salary range for this position is $39,000-45,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
