About the role
- Works in close collaboration as part of a multi-location Marketing and BD team, delivering Marketing and BD support across the firm.
 - Works closely with the Marketing and Business Development Senior Managers to manage and deliver marketing and BD activities.
 - Working with Partners, the team and people across the firm as required.
 - Liaises with Third party organisations - sponsorships, agencies, media.
 - Supervises junior members as required for specific projects and activities.
 
- Manage marketing or team wide projects.
 
- Work with sector, service and regional teams to empower them and drive activity to develop and convert their pipelines.
 - Prepare pitches and ITT documents.
 - Manage and/or support co-ordinated firmwide business development campaigns.
 
- Managing, copywriting and editing thought leadership articles, content, business surveys and reports.
 - Managing the production of and copywriting the firm’s annual impact report.
 - Managing the production of and copywriting the firm’s award entries, including gathering information/data required, case studies, testimonials and supporting materials.
 - Reviewing and approving editorial and press releases as required.
 
- Supporting the Senior BD and Senior Marketing Manager with management of other Marketing and BD activities as required.
 
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a BD and Marketing Manager in a professional services environment (accountancy or legal)
 - Strong relationship-building and project management skills
 - Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and deliver BD campaigns across sectors and markets
 - Comfortable advising senior stakeholders and leading on pitches, proposals and client targeting
 - Commercially minded, organised and confident in client-facing activity
