Key Responsibilities

Be Inspired.

Be Creative.
  • Provide IT support to staff via face to face, service desk systems, chat, and video calls 
  • Extensive troubleshooting skills and knowledge to resolve technical issues related to PC Hardware, Windows/macOS workstations, peripherals, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Parsec) is a must have. 
  • Support development teams using game engines (Unreal Engine), source control systems (Perforce), and project tracking tools (Confluence/ Devops) 
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of remote access tools, VPNs, and secure file sharing systems 
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and software licenses across cloud-based platforms (e.g., Office 365, Azure AD) 
  • Coordinate hardware shipments and setups for remote team members, including dev kits, VR headsets, peripherals, and laptops 
  • Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to an internal knowledge base for faster support 
  • Collaborate with IT staff and studio operations to improve service quality and automate common tasks 
  • An ability to manage heavy IT hardware and technical kit moves around the studio on a regular basis
  • Assist with managing software licenses
  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests in a creative environment 
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track service requests 
  • Support the IT team with system updates, patches 

Be Innovative.
  • Demonstrated passion for IT and interest in AAA game development 
  • Solid understanding of Windows and macOS 
  • Familiarity with networking concepts 
  • Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus 
  • Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager or external support when necessary 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong sense of accountability, confidentiality, and teamwork 
  • Supporting high-performance creative and supportive teams
