Be Creative.
- Provide IT support to staff via face to face, service desk systems, chat, and video calls
- Extensive troubleshooting skills and knowledge to resolve technical issues related to PC Hardware, Windows/macOS workstations, peripherals, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Parsec) is a must have.
- Support development teams using game engines (Unreal Engine), source control systems (Perforce), and project tracking tools (Confluence/ Devops)
- Assist with setup and maintenance of remote access tools, VPNs, and secure file sharing systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and software licenses across cloud-based platforms (e.g., Office 365, Azure AD)
- Coordinate hardware shipments and setups for remote team members, including dev kits, VR headsets, peripherals, and laptops
- Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to an internal knowledge base for faster support
- Collaborate with IT staff and studio operations to improve service quality and automate common tasks
- An ability to manage heavy IT hardware and technical kit moves around the studio on a regular basis
- Assist with managing software licenses
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests in a creative environment
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track service requests
- Support the IT team with system updates, patches
Be Innovative.
- Demonstrated passion for IT and interest in AAA game development
- Solid understanding of Windows and macOS
- Familiarity with networking concepts
- Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus
- Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager or external support when necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of accountability, confidentiality, and teamwork
