Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative designs for multi-channel projects including brochures, digital graphics, social posts, and more.
- Work with colleagues from concept through to delivery, understanding project requirements and delivering high-quality results that align with brand standards.
- Utilise feedback to refine ideas and produce final visuals ready for release and production.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritising deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and new technology to ensure fresh, impactful creative work.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least a year of experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar technical proficiencies, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate and contribute ideas in a positive manner.
- Strong conceptual and visual design skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling graphics.
- Organised and adaptable, with a proactive attitude and a drive to learn and grow within the role.
