About the opportunity:
In a dynamic and complex international trade environment, efficient management and regulatory compliance of our import and export operations are critical to our success. Therefore, we are seeking to add a Trade Compliance Administrative Assistant to our team. This person is proactive, has a keen attention to detail, and is passionate about foreign trade to support our Trade Compliance department.

Main Responsabilities
2. Administrative and document management for Import Compliance, including:
- Gathering information for product classification (EU Tariff).
- Preparing and maintaining documentation related to the country of origin (COO) and rules of origin.
- Collecting data required for free trade agreements.
- Keeping records of customs valuation and Incoterms used.
- Preparing documentation for import transaction audits.
- Coordinating administrative tasks with customs brokers.
- Assisting in the preparation of export license applications.
- Supporting the export classification process (codes provided by the Trade Compliance Officer).
- Preparing and filing certificates of origin documentation.
- Maintaining records for export audits and training activities.
- Collecting information on EU sanctions and measures.
- Providing administrative support for CBAM reporting.
- Preparing summaries of new regulations for management.
6. Administrative and document management for maintaining the Site’s AEO Certificate, by organising documentation, preparing files for audits, and supporting regular internal reviews.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
- Ability to exercise good judgment in providing quality guidance.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal customers.
- Knowledge and understanding of quality and manufacturing standards.
- Good knowledge of computer applications and the ability to perform tasks using Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Good knowledge and understanding of shop floor control and quality management documentation systems such as Spectrum Pro, EtQ.
- Skills for evaluating, diagnosing and solving problems encountered in the manufacturing.
- Well organized.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Higher Vocational Training Degree (or equivalent) in Administration & Finance, International Trade, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in environments related to industrial/technological procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, including exposure to customs management.
Language: Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Valued Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems, especially SAP, is a strong plus.
