Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Test/Delivery Manager with a strong manual & automation testing background and leadership skills to manage automation projects across global customers. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Automation and manual test design, combined with proven experience in managing large testing teams and handling customer interactions on a day-to-day basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and implement automation strategies across multiple customer projects.

• Conduct audits of customer testing projects, ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Define and oversee both automation and manual testing processes.

• Engage regularly with global customers, managing delivery expectations and escalations.

• Lead and mentor multiple testing teams ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Manage P&L of accounts, including estimation, billing, and reporting.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders & management to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth.

• Drive continuous improvements, including contributions to Automation CoE/ACOE where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in testing and delivery management.

• Strong expertise in manual test case design, test coverage, and execution.

• Hands-on experience with Java Selenium.

• Proven ability to manage multiple automation projects across diverse domains.

• Experience working with global customers in a client-facing role.

• Leadership experience handling at least 10+ members testing teams

• Strong background in services/consulting companies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Day-to-day customer and management interaction experience.

• Good to have: Experience in building or contributing to Automation CoE/ACOE.
