Role Description
Human Resources develops and executes successful recruiting programs, learning and expertise-development initiatives, strategic staffing assignments, effective reporting and analytics, performance management processes, and work-life benefits and operations.
Technical Skills
Strong demonstrated English communication skills (oral and written)
Good interpersonal skills
Shall have strong MS office: MS Excel knowledge
Strong organization skills and ability to design and follow systematic processes
Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Ability to establish relationships with all levels of management and employees
Ability to function effectively as a team member
Nice-to-have skills
Qualifications
MBA (HR) from a reputed institution preferred
