System Development:
Lead the design, development, and integration of automotive Meter Cluster systems, and connectivity features.
Ensure system performance meets customer expectations for regulation, quality, reliability, and user experience.
Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of meter system projects on time and within budget.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define system requirements, monitor progress, and address any project risks or challenges.
Technical Leadership:
Provide guidance on meter system architecture, asthetic design, and signal processing technologies.
Drive innovation and implement the latest visual technologies (e.g., fluidic display, advanced connectivity).
Testing and Validation:
Oversee testing, tuning, and validation of meter systems to ensure high-quality performance across various vehicle environments.
Identify issues during testing phases and lead the team in troubleshooting and resolution.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and mechanical engineering, to ensure seamless integration of audio systems.
Liaise with suppliers and external partners to incorporate best-in-class components and technologies.
Customer Focus:
Understand customer preferences and market trends to ensure meter systems meet the demands of end-users.
Respond to customer feedback and continuously improve product offerings based on insights.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure meter systems comply with automotive industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Support regulatory reviews and certifications as needed.
Team Development:
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Manage team performance, set goals, and promote continuous learning within the team.
