📚 Knowledge & Expertise Required
Essential Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in account management, with a focus on analytics and software/data sales within the investment management industry.
 - Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce.com and the full Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
 - Sales Methodology: Understanding of Miller Heiman or similar sales management approaches.
 - Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
 - Location: Based in Montreal, or Toronto office, with flexibility to travel as needed.
 
Desirable Requirements
- Industry Relationships: Existing network within asset management, wealth management, or related financial sectors.
 - Growth Mindset: Experience managing both large and mid-tier accounts, with a track record of identifying upsell opportunities.
 - Event Participation: Experience building client relationships through in-person visits, web meetings, and industry conferences.
 - Market Awareness: Ability to stay current on industry trends and developments.
 - Ownership: Comfortable being the sole account manager for the territory, with autonomy and accountability for results.
