We're looking for our first PM to work very closely with our Co-founder and CTO, Jeff, to build products that redefine the recruiting industry. We’re looking for someone who is excited by this challenge and influence the hundreds of billions spent on staffing and recruiter per year.
You'll collaborate across all company functions to shape and ship products that will influence millions of candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers as well as the tooling our internal operations team uses every day to power the marketplace.
Responsibilities include:
Drive the launch and ongoing operations of our suite of products while working closely with Design and Engineering
Own and refine prioritization, supporting sprint planning, issue triage, and backlog management
Rapid experimentation, develop hypotheses, and interact to customers often to iterate on ideas and validate use cases
Make data-driven decisions to uncover hidden patterns and answer key product questions
Act as the glue for the company by synthesizing diverse feedback from all customers and internal functions to deliver high quality products
Collaborate with Engineering to establish robust tech plans, increase velocity and unblock execution
