Manager, Maintenance and Operations presso El Monte City School District

Supervises, plans, organizes and coordinates the activities and operations of the Maintenance and Operations Department. This includes preventative maintenance programs, custodial and grounds programs, new construction and remodeling, urgent repairs and upkeep of all non-structural properties. Coordinates and monitors assigned activities with other organization units, sites, outside agencies, and contractors. Please see job description.

The position typically requires an AA degree with college courses in one or more of the following areas: general contracting, engineering, architecture, supervision or other related field. A high school diploma, supplemented by conferences, seminars, vocational schools and/or any other combination of training or experience may be considered in lieu of the AA degree.

$99,311 - $156,354 (placement dependent on experience) plus Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
