Construction Project Manager presso Prime Site Development

Prime Site Development is hiring a Project Manager to help us get Multiple Projects Complete!

As a Construction Project Manager at Prime Site Development, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a variety of construction projects. Your day will involve coordinating with different teams, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and keeping projects on schedule. You will interface with contractors, clients, and stakeholders, making sure that project goals are met while maintaining quality. Each day will bring new challenges, and you’ll use your expertise in project management to guide your team towards successful project completions.

You will be out on the job sites scheduling inspections with the city and getting the projects to final completion to get letter of occupancy so we can rent the units! We also have a few hourly employees that need to be managed to get the final punch list items completed.

Salary between $50,000 and $65,000 annually, depending on experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
• Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Vehicle to get to Job Sites (we will get you a gas card or reimburse you for mileage)
• 3–5 years of proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using project management tools and software.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Public Private Partnerships (PPP) or similar collaborative projects.
• Knowledge of local and state regulations related to construction projects.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in construction.
• Leadership experience in managing project teams.
