Description
Position: Direct Support Professional
Location: Group Homes around Missoula
What We Offer:
- Starting rate of $17.00 an hour
- Increase to $19 an hour upon successful completion of onboard training and certifications
- Full-time, 40 hour per week schedules available

Your Role:
- Support Clients with daily living activities like meals, hygiene, and medications
- Model best practices for other staff and help maintain consistent, high-quality care
- Assist with community outings, social events, and skill-building activities
- Provide on-the-job training to DSPs in areas like vitals, oxygen use, medications, and engagement
- Maintain accurate documentation and program data
- Help bridge communication between shifts to support continuity of care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment for Clients

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Direct Support Professional experience preferred but not required; experience in caregiving or as a CNA would also be relevant.
- A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- A team player looking to take the next step in their career
