Overview 

The PRN Licensed Medical Social Worker LMSW provides social work services to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Administrator Director of Nursing. 

Requirements

• Masters or doctoral degree from an accredited school of Social Work
• One (1) year of social work experience in a health care setting; home health preferred
• Current state license
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
